This is a non-smoking property and a small dog may be considered with owner approval and additional deposit.

Guests of this property acknowledge that damages, excessive cleaning needed due to misuse, long distance phone charges, requested special services, and late departure fees are Guest’s responsibility and will be charged to Guest’s credit card. If damage for which Guest is responsible exceeds the amount of any security deposit collected, Guest hereby authorizes the property management company to charge Guest for such additional damage.
