Location: The Sage Haven Townhome is conveniently located four blocks from the Warm Springs Lodge, where the famous Challenger lift takes you the top of the mountain in just 10 minutes. Come off the hill for afternoon relaxation or a bite to eat with your favorite beverage at Apples Bar and Grill. Or you can walk through the many shops in the Village that feature clothing, sporting equipment, and many other interesting items including souvenirs. Drive one mile to the Warm Springs Ranch and Restaurant for fine dining with atmosphere and a full bar. Or go the extra mile to Ketchum where you will find other various restaurants and activities in our charming centrally located town. Our FREE KART bus runs the entire route if you feel like letting someone else do the driving, and will pick you up from virtually any location.
Interior Description: This lovely Townhome has a firstfloor entry and is two levels with light décor and creamcolored carpeting. The kitchen, living room and dining are an open floor plan with a tan sectional sofa in the living room. The wood floors, wood dining table, and wood amore accent the light cabinets and breakfast bar. The bedrooms are bright and very versatile with bridgeable twins in three of the bedrooms. Relax on the deck furniture and enjoy the views of Bald Mountain while cooking dinner on the propane BBQ grill or lounging in the private Jacuzzi. This Townhome also has a twocar garage and a washer and dryer for our guest’s convenience.
Bed Configuration: The master in this unit is located on the first floor and has a kingsized bed. The second and third bedrooms are also located on the first floor, both with bridgeable twins. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and also has two bridgeable twins.
Bath Configuration: One full bath is located in the master, the second full bath is in the hallway on the first floor, the half bath is located on the first floor near the kitchen and living area, and the fourth, a full bath, is located in the fourth bedroom on the second level.
Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen has wood floors, white counters, and a breakfast bar that will seats three. It is open to the wooden dining table that will comfortably seat 8. There is also a bright breakfast nook that seats four.
Amenities: Two TVs, VCR, DVD, Stereo/CD, 2car garage, washer and dryer, deck with furniture and propane grill, private Jacuzzi, twocar garage, and close proximity to ski lifts.
