The Aspenwood Townhomes are located just off Howard Drive in the heart of Warm Springs, only 1 block from the ski lifts. There are shops and dining all within a 1 block radius. The free KART area-wide bus stops at Apples Bar & Grill and Creekside Estates, both of which are about 1/2 block away and will run until midnight.

The complex consists of four ground-entry, three level units with one-car garages and on-site parking. There is a common area outdoor eight person hot tub located at the back of the building for guest use.

This unit has two master suites with full ensuite baths, the first one is located downstairs with a 27-inch TV, overstuffed leather side chair and with a private patio and community hot tub just outside the door and the second is on the third floor with vaulted ceilings, views of Bald Mountain and a 27-inch TV.

The second level has a great room with a wood burning fireplace, 50-inch flat TV/DVD, leather sofa, leather loveseat and two leather chairs with ottomans and a deck with full Bald Mountain views. The open dining area seats 6 with leather captain chairs. The fully stocked kitchen is just off the dining area and has all new stainless appliances including a glass top electric range.

The third bedroom is down the hall and features a sitting area and a CD mini-stereo with a full bath off the hall. All three bedrooms have Queen Beds and the entire unit is spacious and bright from the fabulous windows that also offer fantastic mountain views. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the downstairs closet off the hall. The unit will sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

The summer decks and the closeness to the ski mountain make this a good choice no matter what time of year you stay.
