River Ridge Townhomes are luxury townhomes built in 1999 and are Sun Valley's most requested location. They are on the bike path about two or three blocks from the lifts and are about six blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate the bike path to the River Run day lodge or take a nearby "secret" trail that allows you to ski down to the lifts from about a half block away. The area offers a free shuttle that stops about blocks away that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts.

The unit also has a single car garage.
