The Greyhawk Condominiums are located in Warm Springs about 1 block from the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts and they are close to apres ski spots. This building features a heated pool, sauna and coin-operated laundry facilities. There is a free shuttle that picks up just a half a block away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
This second-floor entry, two-level Warm Springs condominium is one of our closest properties to the lifts and offers excellent views of Bald Mountain. The condominium is tastefully refurnished and fully equipped with modern appliances including a washer and dryer. The living room features a 27" TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a cassette/CD player, and a small balcony. The master bedroom features a 13" TV, a VCR, northern views, and has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a 13" TV, a VCR, northern views and its own bathroom as well. The third bedroom is located in the loft and has a 17" TV, a VCR, a walk in closet, and 2 portable fans. The loft is open to the living room below and has its own bathroom. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for 8. The washer and dryer is located in the hallway between first and second bedrooms.
This complex offers free outdoor parking. There are lockers at the base of the mountain for ski and boot storage so you don't have to carry them each time you go to ski. For summer time fun there is a bike path along Warm Springs road that will take you into town or to the area wide bike path that runs north for five miles and south for twenty miles. The path runs beside the Big Wood River in many areas for enjoyment of the beauty of the area. It is also within 2 blocks from the Warm Springs Ski lift access and just steps away from Apples Bar and Grill and a few shops. Additionally, this great location is just three miles away from all that downtown Ketchum has to offer.
